หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
1.บริหารจัดการงานทั้งระบบให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์
2. สามารถกำกับดูแล บริหารงานในส่วนนำเข้า-และส่งออก และทำงานเป็นทีมได้
3.สามารถติดต่องานได้ทั้งภายในและภายนอกบริษัทฯ
4.มีประสบการณ์ติต่องานกับบริษัท Freight Forwarder
5.มีประสบการณ์ติดต่อกับธนาคาร ขายตั๋วเอกสารและ LC
6.มีความระเอียดรอบคอบในการทำงานด้านเอกสารต่างๆ
7.มีทักษะในการติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้าและหน่วยงานต่างๆได้เป็นอย่างดี
8.บริหารจัดการต้นทุนการนำเข้าสินค้าต่างประเทศและตารางสินค้าเข้าให้เหมาะสม
9.สามารถทำงานอืนๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
– สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 28 – 40 ปี
– ปริญญาตรี
– มีประสบการณ์ด้านเอกสารนำเข้า-ส่งออก , ขนส่ง , ขนส่ง อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
– มีประสบการณ์บริหารอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
– สนทนาภาษาจีนระดับสูง
– สามารถเข้าใจเอกสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
– ทักษะการสื่อสารเพื่อรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับส่วนราชการ
– ความแม่นยำในการทำเอกสาร
