1) ตรวจสอบเอกสารส่งออกไปประเทศญี่ปุ่นได้แก่ Shipping Invoice, Approved Invoice, และ Shipping Documents ทั้งหมด
2) ตรวจสอบค่าระวางเรือและค่าใช้จ่ายสายเรือ (ค่าธรรมเนียมเอกสาร และดำเนินการขาออก) เพื่อยืนยันการจ่ายเงิน
3) ประสานงานการนำเข้าทางเรือกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง Marketing, Purchasing, Store, Shipping Broker
4) ติดตามตรวจสอบเอกสารนำเข้า Shipping Documents, Import License (ใบอนุญาตนำเข้าต่างๆ) และ Import Certificate(s)
5) ตรวจสอบใบขนขาเข้า (Import Entry) ให้ถูกต้องตาม เงื่อนไข และ สิทธิประโยชน์ ของการนำเข้าในแต่ละ รายการ หรือ shipment
6) ประสานงาน และวางแผนการเดินพิธีการ และจัดส่ง (Customs Clearance & Delivery) กับโรงงาน และ Shipping Broker
7) ตรวจสอบ Freetime Demurrage & Detention และ Electric Charge เพื่อเดินพิธีการออกของโดยไม่เกิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่ม
8) ติดตามตรวจสอบ ค่าใช้จ่ายและการวางบิล ของ Shipping Borker ให้มีความถูกต้องและตรงตามกำหนดเวลา
9) จัดทำรายงาน (Monthly Report) สำหรับ Import Shipment & Demurrage & Detention Control
