Job Description
- Daily control production rate and monitor the product quality and inventory level.
- Ensure good performance of production equipment and instrumentation to ensure that good levels of productivity and product quality are achieved.
- Issue daily technical production report and monthly production report.
- Supervise, motivate and train team members.
- Continuous improvement of processes to ensure world class standards.
- Responsible for site activities out of hours.
- Monitor Productivity with the Production team.
- Analyzing troubleshooting designs not working as planned, asking the right questions and finding answers that work and preventive actions.
- Summary production result and report to manager (Daily production report)
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Industrial, Logistics or related engineering field).
- Good interpersonal skills and experience in managing a team.
- Be able to think critically and suggest improvements that lead to cost saving or other productivity benefits.
- Strong time management and negotiation skills.
- Work well under pressure, Good attitude.
- Excellent communication in Malasian/ Burmese is a strong advantage.
- Located in Bangkok or willing to relocate to Bangkok (relocation and visa provided)
