In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ฿24,000 - ฿45,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop active pipeline, screen, identify, and drive execution of investment and M&A opportunities to support the overall growth strategy.
- Perform valuation analysis for clients using various methods.
- Assist Head Team in performing due diligence exercises to ensure sufficient results.
- Prepare a presentation and pitchbook for client portfolios.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or higher degree in Finance, Economics, BA, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel, and VBA is preferable.
