HVAC Sales Engineer (1 position)
Role objectives;-
To be a part of team in selling HVAC products (Air condition, Chiller, VRF)
Key responsibilities :
– Describe the company’s HVAC products, including VRV, VRF, Water & Air Cool Chillers.
– Gather marketing, commercial, and other related information
– Communicate with customers to keep them updated on the project’s progress, including presenting products and prices to close the sale.
– Coordination of technical issues among customers, teams, and foreign suppliers.
– Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (New graduation is welcome)
– 0 – 3 years of experience in HVAC (Air-condition, Chillers, VRF)
– EXP in HVAC Sales Engineer will be advantage
– A pleasant personality, negotiation skill, teamwork abilities and presentation skills
– Driver’s license and a personal vehicle are required
– Able to work upcountry on occasionally

HVAC : Project Management Engineer
– Senior 1 position
– Junior 1 position
Role objectives;-
To responsible for full cycle of HVAC installtion until handover (engineering, project management, Test & Commissioning). Based on Head office & Site (Data Center)
Key responsibilities :
– Study and clear understand clients’ technical requirement
– Prepare and review Mechanical data sheets, Specification, Precision Air / HVAC design & drawings and other documents required according to project requirements
– Responsible for Engineering activities, provide project budgetary estimation, BOM and BOQ
– Review and prepare material for approval
– Project controlling within construction budget & timeline
– Manage subcontractors
– Control and inspect installation according to corporate and client standard
– Be key person to support construction activities such as joining regular meeting with clients and consultant
– Site progress report preparation
– Test & Commissioning lead
– Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
– 5+ years of experience in HVAC (Air-condition, Chillers, VRF)
– EXP in Data Center products / Project would be advantage
– A pleasant personality, negotiation skill, teamwork abilities and presentation skills
– Able to communicate in English
– Driver’s license and a personal vehicle are required
– Able to work upcountry on occasionally
