Location: Phetchaburi
Job Description:
- Controls human resource operations, including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, employee relations, welfare and work permits.
- Developing human resource strategies in order to ensure that human resource best practices serve the organization’s goals and business strategies.
- Leading the HR team for 800 employees Up (both office and migrant workers, MOU).
- Setting up and planning the recruitment strategy and recruitment system.
- Handling organizational development and career development.
- Conducting monthly reviews and analyzing HR reports.
- Managing training and development activities efficiently and cost effectively.
- Analyzing training needs and setting up budgets / training plans.
- Setting up KPI, JD and core competency for the company, and functional competency for each division.
- Complying with all company work systems and standard procedures such as ISO 13485: 2016and MDD 93/42/EEC
- Comply with Thai Labour Law.
- Knowledge in WRAP ,SA800 would be an advantage
- Working in administration and labor relations.
- Performing other jobs assigned by the MD and Assistant MD.
- Working days and hours: Monday – Saturday 8.00 AM – 5.00 PM (Petchaburi).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in HR or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR management in a manufacturing business.
- Have knowledge of ISO would be preferred.
- Excellent team leader with interpersonal skills and a positive approach.
- Fair to good command of English.
