Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Human Resource Management Officer ( IT Recruiter ) (Outsource). The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ฿24,000 - ฿45,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Responsibility
- Responsible for all recruitment functions such as resume screening, interviewing etc.
- Match the right candidates with the business needs and the company culture.
- Conduct and coordinate the interview session and interview assessment include of act an consult for screening the right candidate for IT Teams
- Build and initiate sourcing pools of potential candidates via variety of effective channels.
- Manage all recruitment documents and control the recruitment data including of analyst data.
- Summarize monthly recruitment report.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in HR ,Social Science , Psychology , Political Science.
- At least 3 years in Recruitment’s function ,IT Recruiter is a plus.
- Knowledge of and ability to a PDPA knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to be proactive approach to all work issue and adaptive.
- Ability to work to deadlines and handle workload under pressure.Ability to work under own initiative, and to look ahead, anticipate challengesand deal with them pro-actively.
- Flexible approach to team work with a willingness to provide cover incolleagues’ absence and to pick up work outside of own specialism ifnecessary.
- Strong command of English
