Our company provides a competitive salary range of ฿20,000 - ฿25,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

What you will achieve at Mercular
Create great experiences to all candidates in each touchpoint of recruitment
Bond all people with a great and creative company’s events
Build HRIS that helps all managers to manage their team in a highly dynamic environment
Become procurement expert in General Affairs items for the company
What will you be responsible for…
Assist Talent Acquisition Manager in recruitment process
Develop and execute 5-50 company events per year
Work closely with People manager, hiring managers and all Merculains to engage in all people management topics
Prepare and coordinate with all stakeholder to issue all HR related documents
Who are we looking for…

What are we looking for…
Experienced as project manager (ex. ทำค่ายอาสา, university’s activities) in university or work
- At least 1 year experience in HR function
1-3 years’ experience using excel ex. pivot, vlookup and other databases
Experienced in building database
Attitude that company’s money = my money
