We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of HROD Section Manager. We offer you the salary rates ranging from ฿24,000 - ฿45,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Responsibilities

Analyze processes and situations to plan and initiative management strategies and organization development.

Manage and control the organizational structure: analyze and collect information for the organizational structure.

Design tools and guidelines for applying corporate Core values to work practices. as well as monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implementing values in the organization.

Analyze the data and provide future essential competencies to prepare and design guidelines for Leadership development program and preparing employees for changes in response to the business

Plans and develops training and development programs by partnering with line managers and business function heads to identify and assess the company’s learning and development needs to develop an annual learning and development plan or program, provide learning and development solutions, and design and develop a learning roadmap or program to ensure that all employees increase their skills and contributions to the company.

Develop and implement a standard process for talent development, IDP, careers paths and succession planning to support long-term business continuity.

Analyze, create policies, and design guidelines for developing and assessing the leadership potential of the company to support the sustainable growth of the organization.

Develop guidelines for building and maintaining employee engagement, ways to measure and assess employee engagement, and track improvements.

Driving operational improvements, identify root causes to issues and recommend concrete solutions that increase employee’s capabilities.
Qualification
- Bachelor or Master in Business, Organization Development (HROD), Human Resource Management, Human Resource Administration or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in HROD, HRD
- Good command of both spoken & written English and computer literate.
- Hands on, Problem Solving, Good Communication, Public Speaking Skill, Service minded.
