- ศึกษา วิเคราะห์ วางแผน และจัดทำแผนกลยุทธ์ด้านงานบริหารและพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคล (HR Strategy)
- วางแผนกระบวนการสรรหา (Recruitment Process) และดำเนินการสรรหาและคัดเลือกบุคลากรตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด เพื่อให้องค์กรมีบุคลากรที่มีคุณภาพ มีความเหมาะสมกับลักษณะงาน
- บริหารจัดการด้านประสิทธิภาพของการทำงานตลอดจนการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน (Appraisals and Performance Management) เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพให้กับพนักงานและองค์กร
- จัดทำโครงสร้างองค์กร (organization structure) และวางแผนด้านอัตรากำลังคน (Manpower Planning) ให้เหมาะสมกับการทำงานในแต่ละส่วนงาน
- ดูแลงานด้านระเบียบวินัย กฎหมายแรงงาน จัดทำและสื่อสารให้พนักงานเข้าใจถึงระเบียบข้อบังคับของบริษัท รวมถึงสร้างและส่งเสริม ความผูกพันธ์ต่อองค์กร (Employee Engagement) ที่มีประสิทธิภาพให้กับบุคลากรในองค์กร
- ช่วยขับเคลื่อนองค์กรด้วยวิสัยทัศน์ (Vision) ค่านิยม (Core Value) และวัฒนธรรม (Culture) ที่ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนเป้าหมายขององค์กร
- วิเคราะห์ เสริมสร้าง พัฒนาสมรรถนะ (Competency) ให้กับบุคลากรภายในให้มีศักยภาพเพิ่มมากขึ้น
Qualifications:
- อายุระหว่าง 35-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีหรือโทในสาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล และการจัดการหรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ด้านจัดการทรัพยากรบุคคล
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและการบริหารบุคคลที่ดี
- ใส่ใจในรายละเอียดและมีวิจารณญาณในการตัดสินใจ
