Work Location: Pacifica Group Head Office (Ital-Thai Tower)
RESPONSIBILITY
- Handle HR administration: Recruitment, HR System, Compensation & Benefits and Employee relation activities
- Perform the recruitment process discussing the requirement with Hiring managers, sourcing candidates, conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
- Monitor and participate in HR Onboarding and Off-boarding process
- Manage and handle all human resources activities including the organization’s compensation and benefits programs to deliver competitive terms and conditions of employment.
- Assist in preparing the employment contracts, employment handbook, expat’s visa & work permit and the compliance with related to labour laws & regulations
- Work closely with all department and assisting line managers and employees to understand policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Must have at least 1 years’ experience in Recruitment consultant firm or HR recruiter
- Well-known how to use the tools for recruiting the candidates
- Fast learner, responsible and positive personality
- Strong computer literacy in MS Office
- Fluent in English
