We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of HR Database Team Lead. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ฿24,000 - ฿45,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

- Conduct employment contract for Office FTE / Temp staff.
- Update employment databases such as Internal Transfer, Manager Change, Reorganization, etc.
- Reconcile all databases in all systems to align and valid.
- Conduct reports following team requests.
- Maintain and Improve the automatic flow system to work normally.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience working in HR function or data driven environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Good analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skill
- Experience in MS Excel, BI tools and Power Platform is a plus.
