Responsibilities:
– Provide accurate and timely P-Cost report.
– Forecast P-Cost impact by monthly, quarterly, and annual.
– Preparing forecast P-Cost Budget and 5 Year Plan.
– Preparing finance analysis to support CPO.
– Partnership with HRBP and FNBP P-Cost tracking to support ODD report.
– Prepare Merit and Bonus file to support CPO and CEO
Qualifications:
– Graduate in Major Accounting and Finance will
– Ownership mindset, with ability to meet tight deadlines using a logical, methodical approach to prioritization.
– Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business or quantitative subject (e.g. computer science, mathematics, engineering, science, economics or finance)
– People Analytics, Workforce planning, Financial Budgeting, or related HR analytics
