Job Summary:
Assist administrative, facilities management and IT support work for HR Manager. Maintain a positive, friendly company image and generally ensuring a harmonious workplace within function.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist HR Manager on administrative work, facilities management and IT Support
- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and processing supply requisitions and monitoring related clerical tasks
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment by collaborate with on-site maintenance team and external contractors to ensure that office properties are repaired and maintained to meet company standards
- Purchase office supplies, equipment, and furniture
- Annual check and write off division’s assets with Finance
- Initiate activities to maintain positive, friendly and harmonious workplace within function
- Provide technical support on issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Provide guidance and support to users on hardware equipment and software usage
- Support scheduled maintenance & upgrades of Corporate IT infrastructure
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Humanity, Political Science or related field.
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Minimum 2 years experiences in the role of Human Resource field
- Good computer Literate
- Good interpersonal skill
- IT Support skill is a plus
- Knowledge in software and hardware
