WHAT WILL YOU DO AT SUPARA GROUP?
Plan and execute software development projects using agile methodologies.
Manage project timelines, budget, resources, and risks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, UX/UI, and product management teams, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products. Facilitate project meetings and communicate project status and progress to stakeholders. Manage and oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systems. Plan, design, and implement the company’s IT strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of all IT systems and services. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. Monitor the performance of all IT systems and services, identifying and resolving any issues that arise in a timely and effective manner. Work with vendors and service providers to ensure that all IT systems and services are up-to-date and operating efficiently. Manage the retail store set up, including the installation and maintenance of all necessary IT systems and infrastructure. Manage the warehouse management system to ensure the smooth operation of inventory management. Oversee the point of sales system to ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Manage the helpdesk management system and support team to ensure that all IT-related issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner. Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively manage project changes. Work closely with the development team to understand technical requirements and ensure adherence to software development best practices. Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and ensure that vendors meet project expectations. Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the quality standards. Collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient software development lifecycle. Maintain and improve security posture of applications and infrastructure by implementing security best practices and staying up-to-date with latest security threats and vulnerabilities. Provide guidance and support to other teams on DevOps practices and tools. Work on integration efforts with enterprise systems and applications. Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities Excellent written, verbal, presentation & documentation skills to foster clarity and predictability.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Extensive knowledge of AWS, node, PHP Laravel, react, infrastructure, network, Wi-Fi, retail store set up, warehouse management, ecommerce , point of sales, helpdesk management, and support team. • Experience in the retail industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex IT related issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
