หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบดูแลด้านบัญชี ตรวจสอบรายการปรับปรุงต่างๆ ให้เป็นไปตามกฎระเบียบของบริษัท, มาตรฐานบัญชี และกฎหมายภาษีอากร รวมถึงการจัดทำงบประมาณประจำปีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับฝ่ายบัญชี รายละเอียดดังนี้
- สอบทานเอกสารจ่าย การบันทึกบัญชี และรายการปรับปรุงเพื่อการปิดงบการเงินประจำเดือน
- จัดทำรายงานทะเบียนทรัพย์สิน ค่าเสื่อมราคา ค่าใช้จ่ายตัดจ่ายประจำเดือน
- จัดทำรายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงินประจำเดือน
- สอบทานแบบแสดงรายการภาษีซื้อ ภาษีขาย เพื่อจัดทำและยื่นแบบแสดงรายการภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (ภพ.30)
- จัดทำข้อมูลเพือคำนวณภาษีและยื่นแบบแสดงรายการภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคลประจำปี (ภ.ง.ด. 51 และ ภ.ง.ด. 50)
- จัดทำงบประมาณค่าใช้จ่ายประจำปี
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานไม่น้อยกว่า 7 ปี
- มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้เป็นอย่างดี ทั้ง Word, Excel และ โปรแกรมบัญชี
- มีความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานการบัญชีและภาษีอากร
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ กระตือรื้อร้น และสามารถเข้ากับผู้อื่นได้ง่าย ประสานงาน และติดตามงานดี
