We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department for EL MERCADO. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing and effective marketing materials to promote our restaurant, increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to develop innovative and high-quality designs that capture the essence of our restaurant and appeal to our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop creative marketing materials, such as flyers, menus, social media graphics, posters, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and other team members to develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Work with printers and other vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Manage and maintain the restaurant’s visual identity and brand standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new design software/tools to ensure the best design practices are utilized.
- Contribute to the overall marketing efforts by bringing new ideas and creativity to the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing and advertising setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both Thai and English to work effectively with team members and external vendors.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and branding guidelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Food and Beverage experience is preferred but not required.
