Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver an effective graphic design strategy aligned with our business and plans which will position us as a leading voice in our business sector
- Identify gaps and create inspiring and engaging graphics, ensuring it is executed to a high standard and incorporates input from key stakeholders across the company
- Lead, influence, and communicate design execution to creative leaders and relevant parties
- Collaborate with Creative Director to develop seasonal direction supporting Marketing initiatives
- Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of color theory, typography, concept development and lead new design innovation
- Encourages and solicits ideas from within the team and confidently shares fresh perspectives that will enhance creativity
- Maintain calendar deadlines and deliverables
- Comfortable presenting design concepts and assortments during reviews and presentations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Excellent creative and innovative skills
- Knowledge of interactive design including best practices in technology, usability, and user experience
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize different tasks
- Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a strong focus on delivering results
