We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ฿24,000 - ฿45,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Job responsibilities
- Responsible for brand development, maximize the revenue and create service standard by setting and achieving to KPIs and generating reports.
- Ensure and manage the entire operation of cannabis shop. e.g. shop fitting, recruitment, plan shift, train leaders, trainings for various purposes etc.
- Develop a team of Store Managers & staff capable of executing strategies and meeting financial objectives and secure succession plan through effective hiring, development, training and staff retention program.
- Ensure high standards of store operations are achieved at all times, providing consumers with a high quality shopping and brand experience.
- Managing all outlets budget and ensuring that each store operates within the budget.Act as an interpreter, point of contact and communicate between Thailand vendor and headquarters.
- Assist overseas client to open a Thailand company and banking account.
- Addressing operational problems that arise.
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, statistics, economics or other related fields.
- 5+ years of experience as Store Operation Manager or related in the middle – large size of Store or Retail industry
- Experience in opening new store, managing new store is an advantage.
- Must be able to multitask while also using their time wisely and prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency
- Good command of spoken and written English, Thailand and Chinese.
- Self-motivated, responsible, independent, strong problem solving skills and well-organized
- Microsoft Office, Basic computer operation
Additional Information
Salary Package: Up to 60K (salary depends on working experience and ability)
