Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการเงินและการธนาคาร
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในสายงาน financial analysis 8 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้ด้านการวิเคราะห์ ตรรกศาสตร์ , ความรู้ทางด้านการเงินทั้งตลาดเงินและตลาดทุน
- มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ เครื่องมือทางการเงินเพื่อนำมาประยุกต์ใช้กับธุรกิจ
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการบริหารจัดการทางด้านการเงิน
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน ได้ดี (TOEIC 550 or above required)
Responsibilities
- วิเคราะห์ผลดำเนินงานและงบการเงิน
- บริหารจัดการกระแสเงินสด เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าบริษัทฯมีกระแสเงินสดเพียงพอต่อภาระผูกพันทางการเงินที่บริษัทมีแก่สถาบันการเงิน รวมถึงกิจกรรมดำเนินงานและกิจกรรมการลงทุนของบริษัทฯ
- วางแผนจัดหาแหล่งเงินทุนที่เหมาะสมกับลักษณะการลงทุนและความต้องการของบริษัท รวมถึง การจัดหาเงินทุนสำหรับโครงการลงทุนต่างๆ (Capital Investment) การจัดหาวงเงินกู้ระยะยาว (Long Term Loan), วงเงินหมุนเวียนระยะสั้น (Short Term Loan / Working Capital)
- วางแผนจัดหาเครื่องมือทางการเงินเพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของบริษัท เช่น วงเงินหนังสือค้ำประกัน(Letter of Credit, Standby Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee ) และวงเงินเบิกเกินบัญชี ( Bank Overdraft)
- ประสานงานเพื่อการเจรจาเงื่อนไขทางการเงินกับสถาบันการเงิน เกี่ยวกับสัญญาเงินกู้ การลงทุนระยะสั้น ธุรกรรม/สัญญาเพื่อการประกันความเสี่ยงต่างๆ เช่น การประกันความเสี่ยงของอัตราดอกเบี้ย
- บริหารจัดการเงินสดเพื่อการลงทุนทั้งระยะสั้นและระยะยาว
- รับผิดชอบในการจัดทำประมาณการผลประกอบการ งบกำไรขาดทุนและงบกระแสเงินสดระยะยาว (Long Term Financial Projection) สำหรับการวิเคราะห์ภายใน
- รับผิดชอบในการจัดทำข้อมูลเพื่อนำเสนอผลการดำเนินงานและข้อมูลทางการเงินรวมถึง แผนงานในอนาคตของบริษัทให้กับสถาบันการเงินและผู้ให้เช่าเครื่องบิน
- รับผิดชอบในการวิเคราะห์ผลการดำเนินงานและงบการเงินของบริษัท รวมถึงจัดทำรายงานการเปรียบเทียบผลการดำเนินงานของบริษัทเปรียบเทียบกับบริษัทอื่นในอุตสาหกรรมการบินที่จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์
- สร้างและดำรงความสัมพันธ์กับตัวแทนของสถาบันการเงินต่างๆ ในการดำเนินธุรกรรมทางการเงินของบริษัทฯ ทั้งนี้เพื่อแสวงหาโอกาสทางการเงินของบริษัทฯ เช่น การระดมทุน เครื่องมือทางการเงินต่างๆ
- ควบคุมดูแลในการติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆภายในองค์กร เพื่อให้ข้อมูลกับสถาบันการเงิน เพื่อให้การดำเนินการทางด้านธุรกรรมการเงินต่างๆ ให้สำเร็จลุล่วง
- วางแผนเพื่อการจัดการกับกระแสเงินสดหมุนเวียนและจัดการสภาพคล่องทางด้านการเงินรวมถึงการบริหารต้นทุนของเงินทุนให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด ทั้งนี้เพื่อการตัดสินใจการดำเนินงานหรือการลงทุนด้านการเงินที่ดีที่สุด
