We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Finance Manager/หัวหน้าฝ่ายการเงินและบัญชี (English Speaking). Archetype Thailand กำลังเปิดรับสมัครหัวหน้าฝ่ายการเงินและบัญชีที่มีประสบการณ์ เพื่อทำหน้าที่ควบคุมงานการเงินโดยรวมของบริษัท รับผิดชอบเรื่องบัญชีต้นทุนโครงการ แผนกต่าง ๆ ในบริษัท รวมถึง ภาพรวมทั้งหมด รวมถึงวิเคราะห์และจัดทำรายงานทางการเงินและบัญชีสำหรับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งนี้ หากท่านมีประสบการณ์จากธุรกิจประเภท Project base โดยเฉพาะที่ปรึกษาโครงการก่อสร้าง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- ควบคุมงานการเงินโดยรวมของบริษัท รวมถึงวิเคราะห์และจัดทำรายงานทางการเงินและบัญชีสำหรับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ควบคุมให้ทุกฝ่ายปฏิบัติตามกระบวนการและขั้นตอนเรื่องต้นทุนอย่างถูกต้อง ซึ่งรวมถึงโครงการและฝ่ายต่าง ๆ ตลอดจนส่วนงานสำนักงาน ทั้งในด้านต้นทุนเวลาที่ใช้ไปในแต่ละโครงการ ต้นทุนค่าแรงพนักงาน ฯ เพื่อให้การเรียกเก็บค่าบริการของแต่ละโครงการเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ทบทวนรายงานทางบัญชีและงบประมาณทั้งหมด ทำการวิเคราะห์เชิงกลยุทธ์ทางตัวเลขให้แก่ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายการเงินหรือกรรมการผู้จัดการตามที่กำหนด
- ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติของแผนกให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ติดตามและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของรายรับประจำเดือน เปรียบเทียบกับรายงานบัญชีแยกประเภททั่วไป ปรับเงินคงค้างรายเดือนให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดทางธุรกิจ ติดตามลูกหนี้ตามเงื่อนไขและสัญญาและไม่เกิดหนี้ค้างชำระ ติดตามค่าใช้จ่ายสำนักงานรายเดือน
- ตรวจสอบและติดตามทะเบียนทรัพย์สินถาวรและใบอนุญาตซอฟต์แวร์ขององค์กร และกระทบยอดบัญชีแยกประเภททั่วไปกับทะเบียนทรัพย์สิน
- ฝึกอบรมทีมการเงินและบัญชีเกี่ยวกับวิธีการที่เหมาะสมในการรับรู้รายได้ภายใน การใช้กฎการบัญชี การบำรุงรักษาสินทรัพย์ และทุกด้านของฟังก์ชั่นการเงินและการบัญชา
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษเป็นคุณสมบัติเบื้องต้นสำหรับผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งนี้
- ปริญญาตรีด้านการเงินหรือการบัญชี ที่ได้รับการรับรองการพัฒนาวิชาชีพอย่างต่อเนื่อง (CPD)
- มีประสบการณ์ 3-5 ปี ขึ้นไป ในสายการเงินและบัญชี ทั้งนี้หากผ่านประสบการณ์งานควบคุมทางการเงินจากธุรกิจประเภท Project base งานโครงการ งานที่ปรึกษา หรือบริการ จากบริษัทฯ ต่างชาติ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความสามารถเชิงกลยุทธ์ และทักษะการวิเคราะห์ที่ยอดเยี่ยม มีความละเอียดรอบคอบสูงเพื่อตรวจสอบบัญชีและวิเคราะห์รายงานทางการเงินอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ เพื่อให้คำแนะนำแก่บุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหา เชี่ยวชาญด้านบัญชีธุรกิจ ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดทางธุรกิจ และมีความสามารถในการฝึกอบรมพนักงานในเรื่องหลักการบัญชีธุรกิจ
- ผ่านประสบการณ์ในการกำกับดูแลทีมการเงินขนาดเล็ก มีบุคลิกความเป็นผู้นำและสามารถฝึกอบรมผู้อื่นให้ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการบัญชีและใช้กลยุทธ์การปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของรายงานทางการเงินและการตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง
- มีความรู้ด้านโปรแกรมบัญชีและทักษะ Excel/Powerpoint เป็นอย่างดี
