Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary ฿24,000 - ฿45,000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

Responsibilities:
- Documentation checking for free zone regulation, Invoice, packing list and Entry document.
- Monitor Goods Receiving in system at external warehouse.
- Simulation MRP for call part back from external warehouse, issue invoice and packing list.
- Update location in system align with the physical part location.
- To follow up situation of daily delivery from external warehouse to factory.
- Customs amendment process and follow up for deviation wrong input.
- Claim process to external warehouse.
- Perform according to the safety and environment rules and use safety equipment properly.
- Summary KPI, issue by weekly and monthly report.
- Monitor external WH activity move in-out. Window contact person as channel between internal and external.
- Recheck plan of inbound shipment and Goods Receiving plan was deliver to external WH and update location in system.
- To update transportation trip for delivery gate from external warehouse and communication to teams.
- To be monitor stock online update from external warehouse align with KPI measurement.
- MRP simulation call part supply to production line. Monitor and keep location update in system.
- Check and confirm billing for operation cost impact from external warehouse, cooperate with account team for payment process.
- Priority and support abnormality and deviation.
- Monitor external WH KPI and PI.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related.
- Experience in Warehouse, Logistics, and Administration.
- Able to use basic program and Microsoft office.
- MRP knowledge.
- Good communication and team working.
- Can work under pressure.
- Problem solving skill.
- Fast learning and continue us improvement.
- Good Knowledge in Microsoft office excel.
- Good command in English.
- Basic Knowledge about Supply Chain.
- Having knowledge about Logistics, Supply Chain Material is a plus.
- Flexible to work on weekend (Sat and Sun) and work over time (OT).
