Responsibilities:
- Handle for financial operation and support operation team
- To ensure all business transactions incurred are taken into account properly and completely and financial position and result is properly presented.
- Design and prepare Management reports as required.
- Create & Review Contract and prepare Payment Control for payment process
- Supporting team to delivery management information and any ad-hoc needed
- Review Payment supporting documents and set up document for CHQ Signatory
- Record Payment Voucher, Print CHQ and issue Withholding Tax Certificate for payment
- Record Receive Voucher for Development Project, arrange messenger for receive CHQ and follow up Withholding Tax Certificate (if any)
- Post Bank Automatics Transaction in SAP (MT940) and clearing Bank outgoing/incoming in SAP for reconciliation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 2-3 years in Real estate business (Residence, Office, Retail)
- Possess flexibility and con-do attitude
- Strong process skills and attention to details
- Good command of English communication.
