หน้าที่/ความรับผิดชอบ :
- ดำเนินการตรวจสอบระบบการใช้งานและการซ่อมบำรุง/การบำรุงรักษาเครื่องมือ/อุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการผลิตและการวิเคราะห์ ให้มีสภาพดีและพร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ รวมถึงรับผิดชอบในการจัดทำแผนการบำรุงรักษา
- จัดทำเอกสารวิธีปฏิบัติงานและแบบฟอร์มบันทึกต่าง ๆ เพื่อกำหนดวิธีการ หลักเกณฑ์ และข้อกำหนดต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบการใช้งานและการซ่อมบำรุง/บำรุงรักษาเครื่องมือ/อุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการผลิตและการวิเคราะห์ ไว้เป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร
- ดำเนินการซ่อมบำรุง/บำรุงรักษาเครื่องมือต่าง ๆ ที่ใช้ในการผลิตและการวิเคราะห์ ตามวิธีการและระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ในแผนฯ
- จัดเตรียม ตรวจสอบ และรวบรวมเอกสารต่าง ๆ รวมถึงผลการตรวจสอบ เกี่ยวกับการระบบการใช้งานและการซ่อมบำรุง/การบำรุงรักษาเครื่องมือ/อุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการผลิตและการวิเคราะห์ ทั้งในกรณีที่ดำเนินการเองภายในและที่ดำเนินการโดยหน่วยงานภายนอก
- ประสานผู้เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น พนักงานที่รับผิดชอบเครื่องมือในฝ่ายต่าง ๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนหรือให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับเครื่องมือ/อุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการผลิตและการวิเคราะห์
- วิเคราะห์ หาแนวทางแก้ไขและป้องกัน และสรุปรายงานผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบ กรณีเกิดประเด็นปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานเครื่องมือต่าง ๆ ที่ใช้ในการผลิตและการวิเคราะห์
- จัดทำแผนการจัดซื้อเครื่องจักรใหม่และอะไหล่ ในกรณีที่ต้องการเปลี่ยนเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของบริษัท
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล/วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมผลิตยาหรือเครื่องมือแพทย์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ขั้นพื้นฐานได้ เช่น MS-Office
- มีทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี
- มีความมุ่งมั่นตั้งใจ ไหวพริบดี ขยัน อดทนมีความละเอียดรอบคอบมีทัศนคติเชิงบวก
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และทำงานเป็นทีมร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- ทำงานวันจันทร์ – เสาร์
