We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Employee Relations Sr. Officer / Employee Relations Specialist. For those of you who live in Ayutthaya and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Linxens (Thailand) Co., Ltd., and able to under a full time & permanent working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from ฿24,000 - ฿45,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Summary Job Functional

  • Responsible for overall works of employee relations sections of the site ensuring all the works are performed efficiently and effectively. These works include,

Legal & Compliance :

  • Company Rules & Regulation
  • Employee Committee/Union, Welfare Committee
  • Employee Disciplinary Action
  • Employee Grievance, Employee Termination Process & Procedures
  • Employee Dispute, Labor Case, Court Case
  • Business Code of Conduct, Intellectual Property Agreement, Audits; Peer Audits, Customer Audits

Union :

  • Represents the company in monthly meeting with the union.
  • Negotiates collective bargaining agreement with the union,
  • Resolves the dispute involving all parties required as per the legal requirements,
  • Advises and recommend the solutions to management on the issues regarding union & their subject matters,
  • Prepares all the paperwork required when dealing with union, and in line with the legal requirements,
  • Promotes a close working relationship with the union ensuring both parties have a mutual agreement/direction,

Employee Service & Administration;

  • Prepare ER Budget and outline for ER framework
  • Canteen Services, Canteen Supplies, Canteen Service Providers and Quality of service.
  • Medical Service Room & its supplies, Nurse & Doctor Administration,
  • Transportation Service / Quality of Services,
  • Office Supplies i.e. Drinking Water, Rice, Gases, Lockers, Stationaries. This includes supervising monthly office-supplies expenses, and PR issuances,
  • Uniforms, Smocks, Buddy Shoes
  • Security Guard, and Office Maid; Bidding, Fee Structure, Contract, Quality of Services and their personnel,
  • Social Security Fund; Monthly & Annually, Benefits & Entitlements,
  • Leaves, Absenteeism, Resignation

Internal Meetings & Employee Communications

  • Tea Time Meeting
  • Employee Meeting,
  • Suggestion Box and And etc.
  • Employee Engagement Activity & related projects
  • Ensure that all data/records/supporting documents are well kept and available at all times in line with the company policy, legal requirement, and auditing procedures.
  • Monitor, develop and update on regular basis and/or when required, all company policies, rules and regulations, announcements, to comply with local labor law and other applicable laws, corporate policies, international manufacturing practices and ensures that these had been clearly communicated and understood.
  • Represents the company whenever dealing with outer parties especially the Government Officers, Industrial Park Authority, and others parties as required. To represent the sites in charge of violating regulations or law if there is.
  • Provides counseling/advices/recommendation to management to ensure the employee interaction is right managed. Partners with management to work with employee committee/Union and / or welfare committee both in routine communication and in an occasional negotiation.
  • Works in close coordination with line managers to resolve and to prevent people management challenges/issues, and to ensure full compliance on company policies as well as rules & regulations. Conducts internal investigations on employee misconducts including interviewing, gathering evidence, consulting legal advisor, making recommendations, and documenting the findings.
  • Initiates trainings, workshops, and being a trainer, as needed to line managers to ensure employment relations subjects, company policies, rules & regulations, and others as related are well communicated and understood.
  • Responsible for all related human resources audits of the site; internal audits, customer audits, external audits, to ensure that the sites are in full compliance with all of its requirements.
  • Supervises, coach/train, and develop the ER team members to ensure they are able to work effectively.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by Senior HR Director and/or authorized person.

 Qualification Required:

  • Bachelor degree in Law, Employment Relations, or other related disciplines. Master degree will be definitely advantage.
  • At least 10 years working experience in the same or similar role and in large manufacturing working environment, in electronic industries will be definitely advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiation, and leadership skills,
  • High responsibility, Reliable, and Accountable,
  • Excellent teams players, Positive-thinking, and Can-do Attitude,
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office,
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
