We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ฿24,000 - ฿45,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Requirements:
- Master’s or Ph.D.’s degree in education or related field
- Passion and Experience in Education Communication
- Experience in educational research or conducting research in related field.
- Strong communication skills (Both Thai and English)
- Understand the educators’ insights and needs
- Strong analytic and strategic thinking
- Update the education research and the related fields
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task both online and onsite events
- Excellent organizational & network skills (both with educators and educational business)
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
Responsibilities:
- Contacting leading global and local educators to establish rapport and arrange conference
o organizing the educational meeting/seminar, taking part of secretariat for the keynote speakers and sub-committees
- Planning and overseeing new educational initiatives (coordinate with Business Officer)
o developing ‘Education Content Framework’ and materials for communicating through our platform
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new knowledge and opportunities
- Increasing the value of current educational members while attracting new communities.
o networking with partnerships & prospect clients to build network for business collaboration.
- Developing proposals for partners (coordinate with Business Officer)
- Developing goals for the team &Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
