The Position:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for overlooking a customer portfolio and coordinating a team in order to exceed the expected team performance level.
- He / She will be responsible to maintain good general relationships with all required stakeholders and to train and develop the team to empower all members to grow within the company.
- He / She will be required to actively take part in hiring process and will be responsible for employee retention
- This is an exciting position for a mid-career candidate with a previous related experience within a fast-paced organization in a similar role.
- The Team Leader shall report to the General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate Company Goals, Practices and Deadlines
- Hire, Train & Lead Team:
- Guidance in Sourcing
- Develop Program to Increase Result
- Ensure Respect of Deadline
- Take Ownership of Team Performance
- Reporting to Management
- Orchestrate Daily Operations to Ensure Team Efficiency
- Setting Up of Long-Term Agreements
- Contract Management
- Identify cross market opportunities
- Manage Litigations
Qualifications required:
- University Degree in Business or Engineering Field
- Previous Experience Required in a Similar Role (4 to 5 years)
Soft Skills required:
- Strong business acumen
- Outstanding customer relationship management skills
- Ability to operate in an international environment
- Ability to communication in English only
- Comfortable working under pressure
