Paid Performance Marketing Team responsible for all media buying services and solutions from platforms such as Google, Facebook, Bing, Yandex, Naver, Baidu, and any other media buying platform. The main objective of the team is to deliver aCommerce client demand generation needs.
The role of Marketing Traffic Supervisor is to be part of the collaborative team which consists of marketing, e-store manager, Key Account Management, demand fulfillment, and clients. This position’s objective is to control the red light/green light of the marketing campaigns. They need to understand how all of the pieces come together and are tasked with making sure everything is accomplished on time.
Marketing Traffic Supervisor will be working closely with the Marketing Planning and Strategy team to understand the campaign objectives, targets, KPIs and project profitability, and reporting to Paid Performance Marketing Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for reviewing the media plan and aligning internally with the Planners, attending the Media planning meetings with clients.
- Responsible for following up and combining all the media materials for the ad campaigns.
- Responsible for creating a completed-PPM-briefs and prioritizing the works to make sure all the ads briefs are completed on time and ready for set up.
- Making sure that the Ads campaigns are launched on time and have been optimized to achieve the KPIs. Monitor to see the ads spendings as planned, notify the Planner team for any unplanned activities and work with the media optimization team to come up with short term and long term solutions.
- Keep the tracking of change log for all clients, log of key learnings and recommendations that the team has made.
- Help support the data for campaign performance reports.
- Control the budget spend to make sure that all the ads spend are within the agreed plan
- Responsible for requesting the marketing quotations and getting approval from the clients or getting a PO, coordinating with the finance team.
- Track progress of weekly deadlines on a chart and maintain records of all completed logs and revisions.
- Training as a back-up on all Traffic Operations procedures
- Available to work overtime if needed.
- Able to perform other duties as required by the Traffic department.
Key Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience and knowledge in Digital Marketing is a must!
- Strong Google Marketing Platform knowledge is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and experience generating performance reports
- Have a team management experience.
- Eagerness to learn and adopt new tools/technologies as well as share knowledge with others
- A self-starting attitude – the ability to work independently and take initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work as a team and with clients
- Good command of MS Office, MS-EXCEL, MS-POWERPOINT, MS-WORD
