Job Summary
To assist the VP Marketing in managing the department and implementing Marketing strategies outlined in the marketing plan.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead Digital Platform, strategy, and execution plan for Total Palfish’s brand and Brand campaign to ensure effectively connect with target consumers
- Scaling up and planning to implement strategies to an action plan for media strategy by channel to increase brand awareness and recommendations in all Digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Using a variety of channels and customer touchpoints, analyze the end-to-end customer experience by using your solid analytical abilities.
- Analyze cutting-edge technologies. Where applicable, demonstrate thought leadership and perspective for adoption.
- Discover trends and insights, then adjust spending and output depending on the knowledge.
- Propose creative and imaginative growth methods
- Coordinating interbetween teams and marketing unit to achieve company’s goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Experience Minimum of 5 years in the digital world with successful experience as a team leader
- A strong marketer who has a track record of building brands through local solid insights of consumers & shoppers
- Prefer Experienced in Education Business
- Experienced technical knowledge and know-how in Google Analytics (SEO, SEM, GDN), Facebook, Tiktok, and other direct marketing channels to scale up
- Experience in optimizing user funnels
- Logical, with strong analytical skills and keen attention to details
- A ‘’do-er’’ who gets things done in a timely manner
- Team player and Fast learner who can proactively assess cost-benefit relationships
- Highly committed with a solid sense of ownership and responsibility
- Demonstrates the ability to build belief and influence within the organization behind breakthrough projects
- Experience in E-commerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
