Responsibilities
- ดูแลงานทางด้าน Digital Marketing ในส่วนของการวางกลยุทธ์การยิง Ads และแคมเปญต่างๆ รวมทั้งการบริหารต้นทุนและรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ ได้แก่ Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, Sale page และ Social Media ต่างๆ (Facebook, Tiktok, IG, Line@ เป็นต้น)
- วางแผนกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาดเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายและพัฒนา Margin เพื่อเพิ่มกำไรผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ
- พัฒนากลยุทธ์เพื่อขยายผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ๆ ช่องทางการตลาดใหม่ๆ และโอกาสสำหรับการเติบโต เป้าหมายใหม่ของสินค้ารวมทั้งสร้าง Brand Awareness
- บริหารทีมภายในเพื่อการทำงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพ โดยมี Content, VDO Creative, Graphic และทีมนักวิชาการ
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับส่วนงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อวางแผนและพัฒนากลยุทธ์ทางการตลาด เช่น ทีม Sale, ทีมพัฒนาสินค้า, ทีม Influencer, ทีม E – Commerce เป็นต้น
We Are Looking for?
- จบวุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิชาการตลาด หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 2 ปีขึ้นไปทางด้าน Digital Marketing / Online Marketing / Ads Optimize
- มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้เครื่องมือเพื่อพัฒนาช่องทางการโปรโมทและจำหน่ายสินค้า เช่น Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/ SEM
- มีประสบการณ์ในด้านการยิงแอด (Ads Optimize) มา เช่น Facebook Ads, Tiktok, Line@ เป็นต้น
- มีประสบการณ์ในการคุมทีมหรือเคยสอนงาน Coahing Team มา พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ชอบการทำงานที่มีความยืดหยุ่น และชอบความ้ทาทายในการทำงานที่ไม่มีทำแค่ในกรอบหรือวิธีเดิมๆ เน้นนำเสนอไอเดียและมองหา Solution ใหม่ๆ ในการพัฒนากลยุทธ์ทางการตลาด
