The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of ฿20,000 - ฿30,000. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

Assist incoming customers throughout the registration process, account opening, checking promotions eligibility, documentation related to account inquiry and complaints related to account.
Understand customers’ support needs to provide solutions and enlightenment that are most suitable to them while adhere to company policy. Follow-up diligently and deliver a remarkable experience to customers.
Communicates responses in a clear, professional, and concise manner across all channels or medium within company official channels.
Familiar and apply the company policy and AML/CFT criteria in assessing customer registrations.
Identify and communicate feedback from customers with the team for continuous improvement and solutions.
Constructs professional written reply, notifications and memorandum to customers as required in English and Thai.
Generate reports through CRM and perform data analysis as per required via Microsoft Excel. Capable of using basic formula are required.
No cold calling required. Attend only filtered incoming inquiries from our online platform.

Capable of performing independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in customer services and/or credit in Financial industry will be an added advantage.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in banking, insurance or financial brokerage industry with experience in customer supports or complaint handling.
** Working shift hours
- Day Shfit : Mon. – Fri. 09:30 – 18:30
- Night Shift : Mon. – Fri. 14:00 – 23:00 ( 19:00 – 23:00 work at home )
- Assign shift : Sat. 09:00 am – 13:00 pm ( Have OT )
** Working location closed to BTS Ekkamai 500 m.
