We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Customer Support/ฝ่ายสนับสนุนลูกค้า. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ฿20,000 - ฿25,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job responsibilities
• Teach and Training clients on site and online
• Create and update manuals (Thai – English)
• Support clients phone calls, Chat LINE & Emails (during work hours)
• Support to create applications for customers (No code programming)
• Recommend a format for creating applications for clients
• Follow-up after-sales via email or phone.
• Supporting the sales team
• Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from clients and customers.
• Create an application for customer.
Qualifications
– New graduated are welcome
– Bachelor degree in business or related filed.
– Experience in customer relationship management.
– having high knowlage of IT or Excel formula will be an advantage.
– Excellent mentioning, coaching and people management skills.
– Proficient in English for internal and external communication
