Job Description
1. [Repair Process Improvement]

  • Monitoring for Speed & Quality in AV product. Implement new system to Improve repair speed & Quality as per HQ strategy.
  • Consult support to Engineer & Call center & sale in case of hard repair or issue relate with product quality.

2. [Repair Infra Improvement]

  • To implement Standard jigs& Tools for AV product & Installation process provide installation standard & product maintenance

3. [Cost saving by component repair]

  • To design Cost saving by component repair for TV product especially TV screen to reduce service cost from major parts replacement.And develop component process at customer house to reduce repair lead time & transportation cost

4. [Training /Tech Skill Improvement]

  • To Support Technical Training to Installer & Engineer for AV product support deploy the competency road-map training for installer & Engineer from service center, Modern trade & dealer

5. [Market defect monitoring]

  • Market defect issue escalation to HQ & Factory. Market visit & Report worst model & Symptom with defective sample to GBM & Factory Rework support for New product quality issue

6. [Technical Consult support]

  • Call consult support to AV engineer & call center & PC via Call Line Chat & GSPN Q&A

7. [Technical content development]

  • Create Local content for AV product to support to Samsung platform Samsung Member, Samsung S+ Service newsletter call center system including Samsung dot com
  • Job Qualification
  • Requires minimum 5 years’ experience in the Electronics industry or related field
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Communication in both Thai and English – able to effectively communicate in a professional, diplomatic, empathetic, and tactful manner using preferred method and level as applicable to the job. 
  • Results Orientation – proven ability to set and exceed established targets. 
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
