We are offering a salary of ฿24,000 - ฿45,000 for this position for interested candidates. - ประสานงานรับเรื่องร้องเรียนต่างๆ เช่น การเคลมสินค้า การซ่อมสินค้า การขอเอกสาร เป็นต้น จากนักธุรกิจ หรือตัวแทน ผ่านทางโทรศัพท์ อีเมล Line หรือช่องทางการสื่อสารอื่น และทำการประสานงานหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆให้กับลูกค้า
- จัดทำรายงานและสรุปการร้องเรียนต่าง ๆ เพื่อดำเนินการปรับปรุงการบริการ ให้ลูกค้าเกิดความพึงพอใจในการบริการ
- ดูแล ตอบคำถามลูกค้าในช่องทาง Platform Online เช่น Shopee, Line official, Facebook และทางโทรศัพท์
- ประสานงานกับทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแผนก เพื่อให้งานบรรลุตามเป้าหมาย
- จัดทำเอกสารต่างๆของแผนกสื่อสารองค์กร
คุณสมบัติ
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาการจัดการ หรือสชาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบริการลูกค้าจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีวุฒิภาวะทางอารมณ์ สามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะงานที่มีความกดดันได้
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะในการพูดและเจรจา ติดต่อประสานงานได้ดี
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ และสื่อสารภาษาไทยและอังกฤษได้ดี
- มีปฏิภาณไหวพริบ สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และรับมือกับคำวิพากษ์วิจารณ์ของลูกค้าได้อย่างเหมาะสม
- มีทักษะในการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft Office เช่น Excel / PowerPoint / Word
- สามารถเดินทางต่างจังหวัดได้ในกรณีจำเป็น
