Responsibilities
- Receive calls of customer to provide information and answer queries about the repair job.
•Accurately record issues and data into CRM Support System and follow up job of repair
•Coordinate to another related department /partner to improve problems
•Update information in CRM system
•Operate according to the Company’s KPIs set to achieve the goals.
•Coordinating the Dealer, MDT and Wholesale for special cases
•Follow up on assigned tasks
**Working 5 days per week. Day off do not match in Saturday-Sunday and public holidays** - Key Qualifications:
- 2.1 High school graduate – Bachelor’s degree
2.2 All gender
2.3 Work experience in a customer service environment is a plus
2.4 New graduated are welcomed
2.5 Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a very fast paced and high-pressure environment
2.6 Service mind, customer-focused, solid problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and efficient and the ability to socialize well
2.7 Good computer skills and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
