Job Description
- Handle all customer inquiries through the customer support system (Chat, Phone call).
- Outbound call to contact client for welcome and booking.
- Customer complaint handling.
Qualifications
- Education at least High School.
- Minimum of 3 months customer service experience will be advantage.
- Pleasant personality, service minded and can work well in team.
- Good command both Thai and English.
