Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Insurance products, along with digital platforms that meet customer needs and are competitive in the market.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact Insurance products and services, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Collaborate with external partners to develop growth initiatives.
- Hold responsibility for the project from the beginning until its completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or higher in any discipline but preferably in Engineering, Business, and Finance (Fresh graduates with an excellent academic record or leaders in extra-curricular activities are welcome to apply)
- Experienced in product, strategy, or business development (background in bancassurance, lending, or insurance industry is preferable).
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with team members, detail-oriented, and execution-focused in a fast-paced work environment.
- Possess influence, interpersonal and communication skills.
