We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Broker Community Coordinator. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ฿24,000 - ฿45,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Reports to: Broker Community Manager
- Build relationships with brokers and potential brokers through the brand social handles.
- Monitor on feedback and online review.
- Track partner sentiment via Facebook and Line.
- Strong in communication skills both of written and verbal
- Responding promptly to partner (broker) inquiries.
- Excellent communication skills both of written and verbal
- Identifying partner needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
- Build relationships with brokers and potential brokers through the brand social handles.

- Responding promptly to partner inquiries.
- Track partner sentiment via Facebook and Line.
- Can work 6 days a week, shift 9.00-18.00 and 11.00-20.00.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Having minimum 1 year of customer service experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Working hours: 6 days a week
