Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop marketing activities and communication programs for shopping center
- Manage all marketing activities and communications including event management to increase sales revenue, brand awareness and customer experiences
- Provide strategic guidelines on the effectiveness of marketing, digital, advertising and communications programs
- Develop marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies
- Work closely with commercialization team in identifying new business opportunities and commercial innovation to fulfill financial target and maintain existing clients
- Ensure all marketing activities are delivered compelling content throughout all stages of the customer life-cycle, including campaign evaluation and ROI
- Collaborate with other departments and clients to achieve results and align with company’s direction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, communications and event management roles
- Experience in shopping mall or retail business will be advantage
- Strong understanding of communication concepts and practices involved in PR and digital marketing
- Strong creative and critical thinking skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work upcountry as assigned is a must
- Good command of written and spoken English
