- Serve as personal assistant to Managing Director
- Involve with the coordination and implementation of office procedures
- Have responsibility for specific projects and tasks
- Assist in managing driver team and car booking procedures
- Conduct a market research to develop our business
- Coordination with other departments
- Assist in travel arrangements and flight bookings
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings
- Other related task as assignment
- Thai-English speaker (Korean or Chinese speaking skill will be an advantage)
- Bachelor or Master degree in Tourism and Hospitality, Business Administration, International Business or related field
- Experienced in Tourism and Transportation Industry
- Fluent in English and good in MS office, Internet skills, correspondence
- Strong in communication skill
- Be able to multi tasks and handle several requests at the same time
