We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.

We are offering a salary of ฿24,000 - ฿45,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute projects related to Employee Activities for both internal and external stakeholders (Organizer, University, Government Authority)

  • Initiate and organize the company employee relation activities to encourage, build up, and promote the company’s values to enable employee recognition and practice

  • Work with line managers to drive employee relation activities and continue a good momentum with full commitment

  • Develop and drive internal engagement by developing effective communication campaigns and a program of employee events in which to ensure that the company mission, values, and objectives are clearly communicated to employees

  • Seek and attend related external fairs or special events in order to promote employer branding and recognition

  • Plan and execute the most effective of the company’s communication to employees and external stakeholders through all communication channels

  • Create an annual plan of activities within the budget of each year & fully align with the company’s and people team’s plan

  • Monitor workforce trends, employee needs and keep updated with the team in order to initiate the new activities or projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

  • Working experience related to employee engagement, employee relations, employee activities or employer branding are preferable

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to utilize resources and budget

  • Having at least 4-6 years in Manager level

  • Good communication skills in both Thai and English

  • Be a fast learner and willing to learn new things

  • Good team player, hands-on with a can-do attitude

  • Good at the interpersonal skill, high creativity, good design skills

  • Good at the interpersonal skill
