We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ฿24,000 - ฿45,000.

Roles & Responsibilities/ หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• จัดอบรมพนักงานใหม่และพนักงานปัจจุบัน เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพ ทัศนคติ และสนับสนุนวัฒนธรรมองค์กร
• จัดทำแผนฝึกอบรมประจำปี ประสานงานและจัดฝึกอบรมตามแผน พร้อมทั้งติดตามผลหลังการฝึกอบรม
• ออกแบบหลักสูตรและเป็นวิทยากรฝึกอบรมภายในให้แก่หัวหน้างานและพนักงาน
• บันทึกประวัติการฝึกอบรมทุกเดือน รวมถึงนำส่งรายงานยังกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
• จัดทำรายงานการฝึกอบรม ผลการฝึกอบรม และข้อเสนอแนะ ทุกเดือน
• ปรับปรุงระบบการพัฒนาบุคลากร และพัฒนารูปแบบการเรียนรู้ เช่น E-Learning
• สื่อสารเพื่อสร้างภาพลักษณ์และทัศนคติที่ดีในกลุ่มพนักงานต่อองค์กร
• ออกแบบและวางแผนจัดทำโครงการพัฒนาบุคลากรและองค์กร เช่น เส้นทางอาชีพ Career Planning, แผนพัฒนารายบุคคล, แผนพัฒนาผู้มีความสามารถและผู้สืบทอดตำแหน่ง , Succession Planning , Organization design
• เป็นผู้นำหรือผู้ดำเนินการหลักในการจัดกิจกรรมแรงงานสัมพันธ์
• ปฏิบัติงานและควบคุมเอกสารให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด ISO9001
• ทำระบบ eService ของกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงงาน
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Job Specification/ คุณสมบัติประจำตำแหน่ง
• การศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
• หากจบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคลและองค์กร จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคลและองค์กรโดยตรงมาไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี
• มีความรู้ในหลักการและสามารถใช้ Modern HR Tools ด้าน Training & OD ได้ เช่น IDP, training roadmap, talent & succession plan
• สามารถผลิตสื่อการสอน, สื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ได้
• สามารถออกแบบหลักสูตรและเป็นวิทยากรฝึกอบรมภายในได้
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ (โดยเฉพาะอ่านและเขียน) ระดับ Pre-intermediate
• มีความสามารถทำด้าน Graphic
