Organizes, coordinates and manages the aseptic operation process, complying with the quality, productivity and HSE goals, considering the planning premises of human resources, raw materials, investments and expenses, the optimization of the administrative processes, methods and systems
Job Requirements
- Deploy the department objective to comply with company objective.
- Ensure that all production activities are performed following the GMP and approve procedure.
- Ensure that all production activities are performed under safety conditions.
- Improve productivity and yields
- Manage and control production plan to comply with demand.
- Be a responsible in developing production staff.
- Be a contributor for external audit.
- Implement and follow company role and support as a contributor or as a leader company project
- Ensures an effective communication between departments and with all employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in pharmacy or related field, or at least 5 years of experience in aseptic operation
- Written and spoken English
- Computer literacy
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Good knowledge of GMP environment
