- Perform feasibility assessments of warehouse inspections.
- Inspect the in-process of the warehouse by confirming specifications, conducting visual and
- measurement tests.
- Inspect site works as per the drawings.
- Documents inspection results by summarizing the list of repair and renovation.
- Track project progress and reporting on results.
- Design and create structural models by using computer-aided design software.
- Perform engineering calculations on structural analysis.
- Assess potential risk
- Create presentation
- Work cross function with the Expansion team to deliver the best quality of property and advise ifany issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD programs
- Conversant with architectural and structural drawings
- Proficient in design and calculation software
- Travel to job sites is required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
