We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Administrative / Secretary Officer. Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for supporting executive management with all secretarial requirements.
- Prepare for meetings, monitoring schedules and taking care of some personal matters
- Provide administrative support to investment department and other related department
- Perform general office duties such as applications, ordering supplies, booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation for staff and other external contacts, etc.
- Other assigned tasks including personal matters for key management personnel within investment team
Qualifications/Skills:
- Minimum at Bachelor degree in related fields
- Professional English with basic business written/speaking skills.
- Proactive, hands-on, multi-tasking, prioritized, well-organized, and service minded.
- Proficient in MS Offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
- Able to work under pressure or deadline
- Ability to multitask and manage time wisely
- Pleasant personality, service-minded, strong collaboration cross functional and team working.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum 2 year of working experience in related field is a plus
