Responsibilities
- Manage all e-Commerce stores (Website, Shopee, Lazada, LINE, Facebook, and Instagram) including processing orders in accurate and timely manner, packing and shipping, inventory stocking, responding to customers’ enquiries via chat/email/telephone (using our FAQ and template responses), after-sales service, and reporting

Log online enquiries, telephone calls, and showroom visits

Engage in pre-sales and after-sales service activities

Identify opportunities to improve e-Commerce sales and make suggestions to management
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Good command of written and spoken Thai and English (business level)

Service-minded with strong communication and problem-solving skills

Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

Fresh graduates welcome but candidates with job experience in similar role/industry will be especially considered
