ลักษณะงาน
- ประสานงานกับทีมธุรกิจต่างประเทศและหน่วยงานคลังสินค้า
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของสินค้า ราคา เงื่อนไข และเกณฑ์การชำระสินค้า
- ดำเนินรายการใบสั่งซื้อในระบบ SAP จัดทำเอกสารส่งออก ได้แก่ Proforma Invoice, Invoice และ Packing List
- ประสานงานในการติดตามชำระค่าสินค้าจากลูกค้า
- จัดทำเอกสารส่งออกให้กับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
- จัดทำรายงานการส่งออกประจำเดือนและจัดเก็บเอกสารให้เป็นระบบ
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการนำเข้าหรือส่งออก อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการส่งออก และเงื่อนไขการค้าระหว่างประเทศ
- มีความรู้เรื่องสิทธิประโยชน์ด้านภาษี
