  • Coordinate executives’ incoming & outgoing documents signing.
  • Organize travel arrangements for KEX staff such as booking flights, cars, accommodations, restaurant reservations.
  • Coordinate and handle with Executive drivers, centre drivers, messenger and company cars.
  • Responsible for administrative and clerical support to management
  • Provide locations for organizing various company events e.g., BOD meeting, Party dinner etc.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Good interpersonal skill and able to work effectively with others
  • Good command of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel (Pivot, V look up) and Power Point
  • Good communication and writing skills in Thai and English
  • Able to work well under pressure
