- ติดต่อประสานงานภายนอก และ ภายในองค์กร ดูแลเรื่องเอกสารและสัญญาต่างๆของบริษัท บริหารจัดการงานธุรการของแผนกบัญชี แผนกบุคคล และอื่นๆ ดูแลเรื่องการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง ตลอดจนดูแลความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยภายในสำนักงาน
- จัดกิจกรรมนันทนาการต่างๆตามโอกาส
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีไม่จำกัดสาขา
- สามารถทำงานแบบ Multitasking ได้
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft word/Excel/Outlook ได้ดี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (บริษัทแม่อยู่สิงค์โปร์)
