In brief the JD is to assist the supervisor as a whole of business schemes and personal tasks.  We are looking for a person who has excellent command in English (for PA) and computer skills including all business computer programs (e.g. MS program and other editor programs e.g. photoshop, canva). Knowledges or experiences in fields of electrical / mechanism engineer / technical   and technology will be closely considered. The selected PA will have to learn and understand products and be able to present and communicate to customers.

Job descriptions for Admin / Personal Assistant (PA):

  • Provide full functions of business assistant to supervisor both business and personal assistant.
  • Manage day to day tasks, assignments, problem solving including follow up, update and report while achieve each project in specific time frame.
  • Arrange, maintain, consolidate company documents by controlling with effective filing system both online and offline.
  • Prepare and maintain administrative support to involved units both internal and external parties of the company.
  • Collaborate, follow up and update with all parties concerned in business projects e.g. preparing documents, find out work flow to complete the assignment and all involved in such a project to highly effective complete them within timeframe.
  • Create and prepare day to day, weekly and monthly reports, documents, presentations, proposals and / or other assignments.
  • Communicate and liaison with involved parties to find out information for supervisor and complete the assignment
  • Seeking, searching information and project planning for supervisor as assigned
  • Prepare documents to customers or involved parties and ensure smoothness of the job flow to complete the tasks within timeframe
  • Proceed to ask required permits and paper work needed from government units.
  • Handle and complete other assignments as assigned.
  • Work with the company accounting unit for budget control, report, keep filing, prepare initial documents, cross check documents to ensure accuracy of the record and monthly report to supervisor
  • Translate brochures, documents, paperwork English to Thai / Thai to English


  • Strong skills in Microsoft office (word,excel, powerpoint, outlook, email, and related programs for business work).
  • Computer programs for file editing / VDO editing e.g photoshop, adobe, illustrator or likewise is highly considered
  • Good command in Thai and English (speaking, reading, writing, translation, typing).
  • Good planning and well-organized.
  • Problem-solving, well-rounded.
  • Service mind, positive thinking, can work under pressure.
  • Multi task, flexibility and adaptability.
  • Trustworthiness.
  • Analytical skills with creativity thinking.


  • Admin M/F new graduated -30 years old
  • Personal assistant M/F 30– 45 years old or at least have 3-4 years working experience in professional business organization.
  • At least undergrad graduation in related fileds e.g. Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Accounting, Finance, Legal, Engineer.
  • PA – Own car and have driver license.
  • Be able to work alone.
  • Enthusiasm to learn new things and willing to work hard.
  • Excellent command of English skills
  • Experiences in working with government sectors will be closely considered.
